Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. The service

broadbands.co.in monitors broadband operators' fibre networks: OLTs, ONUs, signal levels, faults and customer locations. Operator accounts are created by us; these terms apply to every operator and every person using an operator account.

2. Accounts

Keep your login private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what is done through your operator's accounts, and for giving staff only the access they need.

3. Your data and your subscribers' data

You own your network data and your subscribers' data. You confirm you have a lawful basis under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 to share your subscribers' data with us for network monitoring, and that you have given them any notice the law requires.

4. Data processing (operator as Data Fiduciary, us as Data Processor)

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access networks or panels you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the platform or other operators.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but monitoring depends on your equipment, your connections and third-party services, so it is provided "as is". Do not rely on it as the only safeguard for critical operations.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

Either side may end the service with notice. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Section 4 applies to deletion of your data.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
